Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life & Annuities Customer Support representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide service to annuity contract holders by responding to inquiries regarding their contract products and benefit plans
  • Research and discuss options related to policy provisions, values, and procedures while processing transactions
  • Enhance customer relationships and support special campaigns as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma is required
  • 2 years of experience in Life Insurance and Annuities is required
  • Elite customer service experience is required
  • Understanding of insurance products and related administrative processes is required
  • Employment contingent upon successful completion of background checks and drug screenings
