Job Summary
A company is looking for a Life & Annuities Customer Support representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide service to annuity contract holders by responding to inquiries regarding their contract products and benefit plans
- Research and discuss options related to policy provisions, values, and procedures while processing transactions
- Enhance customer relationships and support special campaigns as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma is required
- 2 years of experience in Life Insurance and Annuities is required
- Elite customer service experience is required
- Understanding of insurance products and related administrative processes is required
- Employment contingent upon successful completion of background checks and drug screenings
