Job Summary
A company is looking for a Life Insurance and Annuities Customer Support representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide service to annuity contract holders by responding to requests regarding their contract products and benefit plans
- Research and respond to inquiries about policy provisions, values, and procedures
- Process transactions and enhance customer relationships while supporting special campaigns as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma is required
- 2 years of Life Insurance and Annuities experience is required
- Elite customer service experience is required
- Understanding of insurance products and related administrative processes is required
- Employment is contingent upon successfully completing required background checks and drug screenings
