Life Insurance Functional Tester

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Life Insurance Functional Tester will author test cases, execute functional integration and end-to-end test cycles, and manage defect logging and verification while ensuring compliance with client acceptance criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Author test cases and scenarios for assigned modules and integrations against Client's acceptance criteria
• Execute functional integration and E2E test cycles, capturing and publishing execution evidence
• Log, retest, and verify defects within Client's defect tool, supporting triage with SME-validated reproduction steps

Required qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in US Life Insurance
• Demonstrated functional knowledge of life insurance and annuity products
• Familiarity with US insurance regulatory landscape and integration patterns
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira, Xray, and Azure DevOps
• Proven expertise in functional integration and E2E testing on large-scale package implementations
