Job Summary
As a remote Add-On Licensed Agent, the candidate will conduct outbound and inbound calls to assist policyholders with adding coverage, record information, and maintain departmental procedures in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers eligible for additional coverage and receive inbound calls regarding coverage inquiries
- Utilize the eService web-based system to assess customer needs and explain policy benefits
- Complete necessary paperwork and assist with correspondence and error corrections for policy service
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment
- Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license preferred but not required
- Knowledge of insurance operations and a customer-friendly attitude
- Proficient with computers and strong decision-making skills
