Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans, ensuring objectives, budgets, and timelines are met
• Evaluate marketing strategies against defined goals, analyzing results and recommending improvements for future campaigns
• Act as the primary account representative for internal and external clients, providing ongoing communication and support throughout projects

Required Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of brokerage sales distribution and marketing programs, processes, and campaign execution
• Relationship-building expertise with all levels of leadership and key stakeholders across diverse business operations
• Proficiency with personal computers and spreadsheet software for planning, tracking, and reporting
• Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
