Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life Insurance BPS Operation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate business process improvement projects to enhance customer and client experience
  • Support the identification and execution of process optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in the Insurance industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role in the Life Insurance Industry
  • Proven experience in business process services and analysis
  • Proficiencies in process analysis and data-driven decision-making
  • Must have a valid indefinite US work permit
