Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to welcome new businesses, verify policy accuracy, and provide additional information
  • Utilize CRM to collect first premiums from recently approved customers and make outbound calls to warm up leads for the Sales Team
  • Assist with policy service correspondence, complete necessary paperwork, and execute special projects involving outbound calls
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience or experience in a professional customer service-related environment
  • Preferred: Licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance
  • Preferred: 1+ years of office experience; telecommunications experience is a plus
  • Desirable: Knowledge of life and health insurance operations
