Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to welcome new policyholders and ensure policy accuracy
• Utilize CRM to collect first premiums and assist potential customers
• Execute special projects involving outbound calls for various campaigns

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment
• Preferred: Licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance
• Preferred: 1+ years of office experience; telecommunications experience is a plus
• Desired: Background in Life and Health insurance and knowledge of insurance operations
