A company is looking for an Associate I for the Placement Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Become a licensed expert in life insurance products through training and collaboration
• Ensure a smooth customer experience by providing regular updates and maintaining availability for calls
• Address customer inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to document communication effectively

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of client-facing experience in call center customer service and/or retention sales
• Willingness to obtain a Life/Health insurance license
• Strong customer-centered mindset focused on problem-solving
• Ability to multitask and switch between various systems and tasks
• Desire to learn and grow professionally while contributing to team success
