Life Insurance Product Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Digital Product Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed customer and product impact analysis, providing recommendations to Product Managers and Owners
• Plan and coordinate usability research, analyze results, and collaborate with User Experience to create prototypes
• Perform competitive analysis on digital products and present findings to Product Managers and Owners

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate studies in business administration, digital marketing, human-computer interaction, user experience, computer science, or related field
• Typically eight or more years of experience in delivering customer-facing digital solutions and project management
• Experience with agile delivery methodologies and product management principles
• Knowledge of insurance and investment securities products preferred
• Licensing or certification in property/casualty insurance, life/health/accident, or FINRA securities registration is a plus
