Life Insurance Sales Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life Sales Consultant to drive sales of individual life insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote life insurance value propositions and drive sales results across multiple product lines
• Develop and implement individual sales plans to achieve or exceed annual sales objectives
• Serve as the primary contact for agents to enhance agency/company relationships and support sales efforts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Life and FINRA 6, 63 licenses; CLU or ChFC preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in direct point of sale, sales leadership, or life insurance wholesaling
• Ability to engage in sales coaching, training, and wholesaling activities
• Experience in building and maintaining agent relationships
