Life Insurance Sales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FEP Outbound Sales Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to welcome new policyholders and ensure policy accuracy
• Utilize CRM to collect first premiums and assist with policy-related inquiries
• Make outbound calls to internet-generated leads to prepare potential customers for the sales team

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or a professional environment
• Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license preferred but not required
• 1+ years of office experience preferred; telecommunications experience is a plus
• Background in life and health insurance operations desired
