Life Insurance Sales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FEP Outbound Sales Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to welcome new policyholders and ensure their policy information is accurate
• Collect first premiums from customers to activate their Life Insurance policies
• Assist with correspondence, error corrections, and special projects that involve making outbound calls

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment
• Preferred: Licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance
• 1+ years of office experience; telecommunications experience is a plus
• Background in life and health insurance, and knowledge of insurance operations is desired
