Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to welcome new policyholders and assist with policy-related inquiries
  • Utilize CRM to collect first premiums and warm up potential customers for the sales team
  • Complete necessary paperwork and assist with correspondence and error corrections for policy services
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment
  • Licensing in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance preferred but not required
  • 1+ years of office experience preferred; telecommunications experience is a plus
  • Background in life and health insurance and knowledge of insurance operations is desired
