Job Summary

Conducting outbound and inbound calls, the full-time or part-time Outbound Sales Specialist will assist policyholders, collect first premiums, and engage potential customers through warm calls in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to newly issued business to welcome them and ensure policy accuracy
  • Utilize CRM to collect first premiums and assist with policy-related inquiries
  • Engage with internet-generated leads to prepare them for the Sales Team
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment
  • Licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance preferred but not required
  • Experience in office settings and telecommunications is a plus
  • Knowledge of life and health insurance operations is desired
