Job Summary
Conducting outbound and inbound calls, the full-time or part-time Outbound Sales Specialist will assist policyholders, collect first premiums, and engage potential customers through warm calls in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to newly issued business to welcome them and ensure policy accuracy
- Utilize CRM to collect first premiums and assist with policy-related inquiries
- Engage with internet-generated leads to prepare them for the Sales Team
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment
- Licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance preferred but not required
- Experience in office settings and telecommunications is a plus
- Knowledge of life and health insurance operations is desired
