Life Insurance Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Representative - Life and Retirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong knowledge of life and retirement insurance products, services, and policies
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Ensure quality and compliance in all customer interactions while promoting insurance solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• H.S. Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 2+ years of customer service, business, or sales experience preferred
• Experience in the insurance or finance industry is helpful
• Complete the Service Representative Trainee Program and obtain necessary licenses within 12 months
• Internet speed of at least 10 mb/s download and 1 mb/s upload is required
