Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Individual Underwriting Case Managers through hands-on leadership
• Ensure quality customer experience by managing partnerships across underwriting, producers, and internal teams
• Utilize data and analysis to identify performance gaps and drive improvements in service and operational results

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience leading teams in insurance operations, underwriting, or case management
• Strong coaching and employee development skills with a hands-on leadership style
• Proven ability to use data to drive decisions and improve team performance
• Experience leading through change and process improvement in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of customer experience principles and their connection to team performance
