Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Customer Care Analyst I - Life Operations to provide customer service remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer requests via multiple communication channels
- Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and accurately entering data
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external parties
Required Qualifications:
- Insurance knowledge experience
- Previous customer service experience in a call center environment
- High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 megabits per second
- Ability to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection
- Located in the United States or Puerto Rico
