Life Product Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Life Product Configuration Analyst will analyze application system needs, design efficient application systems, and mentor team members while contributing to the implementation of Oracle's OIPA policy administration system.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze business area needs and develop application logic to support efficient operations
• Design, test, and debug complex program logic while ensuring compliance with established standards
• Mentor less experienced programmers and provide technical consultation to improve system performance and processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or equivalent experience
• 5 to 7 years of experience in developing, testing, and documenting complex program logic across multiple technologies
• Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues with a focus on productivity improvements
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users
• Experience working effectively in a team environment and providing mentorship to peers
