Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
• Drive efficient hiring processes focusing on speed, quality, and candidate experience
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates through various sourcing strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in biotech, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals
• Experience recruiting for scientific, technical, or specialized roles in fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining strong relationships
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with applicant tracking systems preferred
