Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life Sciences Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow relationships with assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion
  • Identify and solve client issues, coordinating with internal teams for successful execution of solutions
  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with marketing and sales to expand client engagement
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management or consultative B2B sales
  • Familiarity with the life sciences or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM software, preferably HubSpot, and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, life sciences, or a related field preferred
