Key Responsibilities

• Provide corporate legal services to drug developers and biotech companies
• Draft and negotiate complex life sciences agreements and advise on strategic collaborations
• Support small- to mid-size M&A and corporate transactions, offering practical guidance to executives and boards

Required Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including in-house attorney experience
• 3+ years of law firm training
• Deep expertise in life sciences agreements and collaborations
• Experience with public company finance and governance is a plus
• JD from a nationally accredited law school and state bar membership
