Life Sciences Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant to support business development efforts in the life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a landscape map of life science companies with manufacturing in Greater Boston, detailing their recruitment, training, and hiring practices
• Develop a strategy, outreach plan, and messaging to market the Bio-MAP program to targeted employers
• Facilitate introductions and support meetings with at least 10 senior decision-makers at life science firms to secure commitments for hiring program graduates

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience and relationships in the life sciences sector in Eastern Massachusetts
• Connections with senior strategic hiring decision-makers (C-suite or business unit heads)
• Strong understanding of the life sciences landscape in the region
• Ability to work 50% time over a 6-month period
• Experience in business development or related fields
