Life Sciences Estimating Director

Job Summary

Leading estimating efforts for a high-profile life sciences client, the full-time remote Life Sciences Estimating Director will develop estimates from early conceptual design through detailed construction documents while managing client relationships and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with executive-level clients to showcase services and address their needs
• Oversee quality assurance of cost estimates and prepare fee proposals
• Mentor team members and actively participate in recruitment and development

Required qualifications

• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 9 to 12 years of experience in Cost & Commercial Management
• 5+ years of experience leading client expectations and managing a business unit
• Professional accreditation such as MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE, or equivalent preferred
• Emerging leadership skills with a focus on client responsiveness and business development
