Job Summary

Leading a team of Event Managers, the full-time salaried Life Sciences Event Operations Lead will ensure the successful delivery of programs while adhering to industry regulations and client compliance standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Event Managers, ensuring compliance with department processes and customer requirements
• Monitor program execution for adherence to client-specific compliance policies and pharmaceutical industry regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and manage project budgets and financials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a focus on travel/tourism
• 5+ years of experience in meeting/incentive and event management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with Life Sciences meeting compliance requirements and HCP engagement
• Strong project management skills and financial aptitude
