Life Sciences Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager (Life Sciences) in Business Process Outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger, payables, payroll, and financial reporting
• Manage onshore and offshore staff performing transactional and technical accounting activities
• Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and lead the external audit processes

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of accounting processes and GAAP
• Experience with multiple accounting systems, such as Quickbooks or NetSuite
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 2+ years of Big 4 or regional public accounting audit experience and 6+ years of progressive experience
