Job Summary

To attract and hire top-tier talent for the Research & Development team, the full-time remote Life Sciences Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle for scientific roles, collaborating with hiring managers and utilizing various sourcing methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for R&D teams across various scientific groups, including CMC, nonclinical, clinical, regulatory, quality, and project management
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings
  • Conduct initial pre-screenings, in-depth interviews, and assessments, ensuring candidates meet technical requirements and organizational culture
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a recruiter with a strong focus on life sciences, preferably in biotech or pharmaceutical industries
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in hiring for R&D teams, including roles in scientific research and clinical development
  • Familiarity with the product development process and candidate tracking software, preferably Paylocity
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
