Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Solutions Architects focused on pre-sales engagements in healthcare and life sciences
• Guide customer engagement to design and deliver solutions that translate technical capabilities into business value
• Ensure customer success by fostering relationships and collaborating with partners and sales teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the data space with a technical product
• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams in a pre-sales organization
• Proven experience as a trusted advisor to technical executives
• Track record of hiring, training, and promoting qualified candidates
• Experience in the Healthcare and Life Science sector is a plus
