Life Sciences Technical Architect

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic advisor for the company's largest life sciences enterprise customers, the full-time remote Life Sciences Technical Architect Director will guide program strategy, mentor architects, and deliver AI-first solutions across commercial and clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with C-Suite stakeholders as a trusted advisor, providing authoritative guidance
• Lead internal initiatives to enhance the Life Sciences consulting practice and drive thought leadership
• Mentor Senior Technical Architects while managing executive customer expectations and resolving complex issues

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience
• 5+ years leading Salesforce Core Projects
• 3+ years in the Life Sciences industry, particularly in Pharma/Biopharma
• Strong application design skills with expertise in data, integration, and security architecture
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring technical teams at scale
