Job Summary

Providing leadership for the GB Specialty Life Sciences Vertical, the full-time salaried Life Sciences Vertical Leader will manage client relationships and claims handling functions, oversee a team of claims handlers, and engage in industry thought leadership, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and direct all aspects of client relationships and claims handling within the Life Sciences vertical
• Manage a team of claims handlers, ensuring high performance and effective personnel management
• Oversee the handling of complex claims and participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 12 years of related experience
• Experience in managing claims and client relationships
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Participation in industry conferences and thought leadership activities
