Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life Underwriting Consultant for a remote full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate insurance applicants and determine whether to accept, modify, or decline applications
• Focus on mortality by evaluating risk of death and potential future risk
• Process and decision cases, adhering to schedules and meeting all productivity, quality, and performance standards

Required Qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of Life Insurance Underwriting experience
• Ability to handle advanced decision level authorities without a co-signature
• Ability to interpret meaning of information for others
• Ability to develop specific goals, plan, and prioritize work
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
