Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifecycle & CRM Growth Manager to drive student retention and referral growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement onboarding communication flows to enhance student retention and engagement
- Develop and manage a scalable referral system to acquire new students through existing ones
- Segment the database to deliver targeted messaging and improve student motivation and activity
Required Qualifications
- Fluent level of English; Spanish is a strong plus
- Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing
- Strategic thinking ability beyond following briefs
- Experience with Customer.io is a strong plus
