Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle & CRM Growth Manager to drive student retention and referral growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement onboarding communication flows to enhance student retention and engagement
  • Develop and manage a scalable referral system to acquire new students through existing ones
  • Segment the database to deliver targeted messaging and improve student motivation and activity
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent level of English; Spanish is a strong plus
  • Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing
  • Strategic thinking ability beyond following briefs
  • Experience with Customer.io is a strong plus
