Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Communications Manager (Remote - Work from Anywhere).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and map the end-to-end member lifecycle journey and develop a multi-channel communication strategy
• Build, manage, and optimize automated and personalized communication campaigns in collaboration with various teams
• Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators to report on the impact of lifecycle programs

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or email marketing
• Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Hubspot)
• Hands-on experience building and managing complex, multi-channel customer journeys
• A dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
