Job Summary

Owning the strategic directions for retention and referral growth, the full-time Lifecycle CRM Growth Manager will design and launch onboarding communication flows, build intelligent trigger-based sequences, and develop scalable referral systems, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement onboarding communication flows to reduce churn and foster a learning habit
• Develop trigger-based sequences to support student motivation and engagement through various channels
• Create a scalable referral system that converts existing students into new student acquisitions

Required qualifications

• Fluent level of English; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus
• Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing
• Strategic thinking ability beyond just following briefs
• Strong writing skills with adaptability in tone across different segments
• Experience with Customer.io is a strong plus
