Job Summary
Owning the strategic direction of retention and referral growth, the full-time Lifecycle CRM Growth Manager will design and implement communication flows to enhance student engagement and reduce churn while building scalable referral systems in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and launch onboarding communication flows to reduce early churn and foster a learning habit
- Build and manage intelligent trigger-based sequences for student motivation and engagement
- Develop scalable referral systems to convert existing students into new student acquisitions
Required qualifications
- Fluent level of English; knowledge of Spanish is a strong plus
- Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing
- Strategic thinking ability beyond just following briefs
- Strong writing skills with adaptability across different segments and funnels
- Experience with Customer.io is a strong plus
