Job Summary
Driving lifecycle strategy and execution, the full-time remote Lifecycle Growth Strategist will manage member retention initiatives, develop conversion-focused copy, and collaborate with various teams to optimize growth funnels and campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and implement lifecycle strategies for audience acquisition, conversion, and retention across multiple channels
- Design and optimize onboarding flows, re-engagement campaigns, and upsell journeys to enhance member retention
- Own lifecycle reporting and manage campaign execution in Klaviyo and ManyChat, ensuring systems are efficient and scalable
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, email/SMS, or growth marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns
- Expertise in member or subscriber retention strategies, including onboarding and winback campaigns
- Proficient in Klaviyo with deep knowledge of flow logic, segmentation, and reporting
- Strong conversion copywriting skills for various digital marketing channels
- Data-fluent with the ability to analyze funnel metrics and provide actionable recommendations
