Job Summary

Driving lifecycle strategy and execution, the full-time remote Lifecycle Growth Strategist will manage member retention initiatives, develop conversion-focused copy, and collaborate with various teams to optimize growth funnels and campaigns.

Key responsibilities
  • Architect and implement lifecycle strategies for audience acquisition, conversion, and retention across multiple channels
  • Design and optimize onboarding flows, re-engagement campaigns, and upsell journeys to enhance member retention
  • Own lifecycle reporting and manage campaign execution in Klaviyo and ManyChat, ensuring systems are efficient and scalable
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, email/SMS, or growth marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns
  • Expertise in member or subscriber retention strategies, including onboarding and winback campaigns
  • Proficient in Klaviyo with deep knowledge of flow logic, segmentation, and reporting
  • Strong conversion copywriting skills for various digital marketing channels
  • Data-fluent with the ability to analyze funnel metrics and provide actionable recommendations
