Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Manager - Customer Experience & Customer Lifetime Value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, launch, and manage lifecycle programs across various platforms to drive retention and customer lifetime value
  • Own subscription and retention management programs, including strategies for churn reduction and refill behavior
  • Maintain CRM system health and ensure data accuracy while monitoring lifecycle triggers and campaign logic
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention-focused roles
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle platforms such as Klaviyo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with subscription models, preferably Recharge or similar
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven capability to manage complex lifecycle programs end-to-end
