Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Manager - Health & Wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy, including email, SMS, loyalty, and subscriptions
  • Develop and manage customer retention strategies to maximize lifetime value and reduce churn
  • Build and optimize a comprehensive loyalty and rewards program to enhance customer engagement and retention


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in email/SMS lifecycle automated campaigns and managing loyalty programs
  • Experience with product review platforms and tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, or Recharge
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and BI tools
  • Located in the Los Angeles area preferred
