Job Summary

Owning the technical execution and optimization of lead lifecycle and campaign operations, the remote Lifecycle Marketing Operations Analyst will manage workflows, analyze conversion metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage lifecycle stage progression rules and automation workflows while creating reporting dashboards to identify conversion opportunities
  • Execute campaign operations including email campaigns and retargeting flows, while ensuring data accuracy and optimizing channel performance through A/B testing
  • Analyze conversion rates and drive initiatives to improve lead-to-MQL conversion, partnering with Revenue Operations for optimization
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or lifecycle marketing at a B2B SaaS company
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Strong technical execution skills in building complex workflows and automation rules
  • Data fluency with the ability to analyze conversion funnels and derive actionable insights
  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on systems and repeatable frameworks
