Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Automation Manager to drive pipeline growth and optimize marketing strategies in the Life Sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the design and management of automated lifecycle journeys for Life Sciences segments
  • Act as a primary builder and operator for AI Marketing Agents to create personalized email content
  • Execute conversion analysis and manage qualification criteria for signals sent to SDRs and Sales
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Operations
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot Workflows, Sequences, and Lists synchronized with Salesforce
  • Proven ability to strategically prompt AI agents for professional B2B copy
  • Familiarity with the biopharma landscape, including Commercial vs. Clinical and Therapeutic Areas
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret BI dashboards and make tactical decisions
