Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Contractor, this remote position will conduct a comprehensive review of lifecycle marketing programs, develop a prioritized optimization roadmap, and implement initiatives to enhance member engagement and retention, working approximately 25 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct an assessment of existing lifecycle marketing programs, user journeys, segmentation strategies, and engagement performance
- Develop and execute a prioritized lifecycle optimization roadmap focused on activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation
- Build and optimize lifecycle campaigns, journeys, and experiments within Braze while analyzing results and providing actionable recommendations
Required qualifications
- Experience leading lifecycle, CRM, retention, or engagement initiatives for consumer apps or digital products
- Strong hands-on experience with Braze or comparable lifecycle marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Experience developing testing strategies and translating performance data into actionable recommendations
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills for creating compelling user communications
- Ability to independently prioritize opportunities and manage projects with minimal oversight
