Job Summary
Owning and optimizing the full customer journey for a Shopify-based e-commerce business, the remote Lifecycle Marketing Contractor will manage paid acquisition strategies, lifecycle marketing across email and SMS, and analytics to drive growth and enhance customer lifetime value on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize paid acquisition strategies across Meta and Google Ads, building conversion-focused funnels
- Manage lifecycle marketing flows in Klaviyo, enhancing customer engagement through targeted email and SMS strategies
- Monitor performance analytics across the acquisition and retention funnel, translating data into actionable insights and experiments
Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of experience in lifecycle, growth, or performance marketing for e-commerce brands
- Direct, hands-on experience operating Shopify stores and navigating the admin interface
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Klaviyo
- Proven track record managing acquisition campaigns and retention programs for DTC e-commerce brands
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in cohort data and funnel diagnostics
