Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Lifecycle Marketing Lead, responsible for developing lifecycle strategies, implementing technology solutions, and creating automated programs to drive revenue and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the lifecycle marketing strategy across the customer journey to enhance retention and re-engagement
- Evaluate and implement lifecycle marketing and CRM technology platforms, ensuring customer data is structured for initiatives
- Design and launch automated lifecycle programs while establishing reporting, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention marketing, or customer growth
- Proven experience building lifecycle programs from scratch and owning business outcomes
- Strong analytical and segmentation skills
- Familiarity with platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Klaviyo
- Demonstrated ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on
