Job Summary

Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Lifecycle Marketing Lead, responsible for developing lifecycle strategies, implementing technology solutions, and creating automated programs to drive revenue and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and own the lifecycle marketing strategy across the customer journey to enhance retention and re-engagement
  • Evaluate and implement lifecycle marketing and CRM technology platforms, ensuring customer data is structured for initiatives
  • Design and launch automated lifecycle programs while establishing reporting, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention marketing, or customer growth
  • Proven experience building lifecycle programs from scratch and owning business outcomes
  • Strong analytical and segmentation skills
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Klaviyo
  • Demonstrated ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on
