Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns for customer journeys from acquisition to retention
- Create campaign templates, establish QA processes, and build attribution models linking lifecycle touches to revenue
- Track engagement metrics, create executive dashboards, and report on campaign ROI with optimization recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce)
- Proven track record in building and optimizing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns
- Strong analytical abilities focused on revenue impact and experimentation
- Understanding of customer data platforms and real-time personalization
- Preferred experience in fintech or digital banking lifecycle marketing
