Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns for customer journeys from acquisition to retention
  • Create campaign templates, establish QA processes, and build attribution models linking lifecycle touches to revenue
  • Track engagement metrics, create executive dashboards, and report on campaign ROI with optimization recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce)
  • Proven track record in building and optimizing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns
  • Strong analytical abilities focused on revenue impact and experimentation
  • Understanding of customer data platforms and real-time personalization
  • Preferred experience in fintech or digital banking lifecycle marketing
