Job Summary

Lifecycle Marketing Lead, responsible for owning the full customer journey in a full-time role, focusing on executing and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns across various channels to drive engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and improve the customer lifecycle, identifying trends and behavior-based triggers
  • Develop funnel-specific campaigns in partnership with marketing and revenue teams to drive activation and retention
  • Build and optimize multi-touch lifecycle campaigns using segmentation and performance analysis
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or marketing operations in a startup SaaS environment
  • Proven success in building and optimizing cross-channel customer journeys
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot and Amplitude
  • Strong analytical skills to translate product usage data into actionable strategies
  • Experience with AI tools for campaign analysis and optimization
