Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as the Member and Lifecycle Marketing Lead, responsible for developing and executing a lifecycle marketing system that enhances member engagement, retention, and growth through strategic communications and campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the lifecycle marketing system to enhance member communications from onboarding to renewal and expansion
- Support retention and expansion outcomes by creating targeted campaigns and assets that drive member engagement and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on marketing strategies and measure lifecycle performance effectively
Required Qualifications
- 6-10+ years of experience in demand generation, lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or retention marketing in B2B environments
- Proven experience in building and running lifecycle marketing systems that integrate segmentation and campaign sequencing
- Strong understanding of metrics related to retention rates, expansion conversion, and revenue per member
- Experience designing multi-touch campaigns tailored to different member personas and lifecycle stages
- Ability to translate product launches into strategic communications that highlight value for members
