Job Summary
Owning the full customer journey, the full-time Lifecycle Marketing Lead will manage end-to-end lifecycle efforts across email, SMS, and in-app messaging, driving engagement and revenue while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Map and continuously improve the customer lifecycle by identifying trends and behavior-based triggers
- Translate insights into funnel-specific campaigns that drive activation, retention, and revenue growth
- Build and optimize multi-touch, behavior-driven lifecycle campaigns using segmentation and performance analysis
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or marketing operations in a startup SaaS environment
- Proven success in building and optimizing cross-channel customer journeys
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Amplitude, and Pendo
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate product usage data into actionable strategies
- Experience with both PLG and sales-assisted growth motions
