Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Lead, GTM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the lifecycle marketing strategy and execution of campaigns to drive engagement and feature adoption for active providers
  • Proactively identify key moments to deepen provider engagement and maximize success across all stages of their journey
  • Track KPIs, analyze program performance, and identify optimization opportunities through experiments and improvements

Required Qualifications:
  • 4-6+ years experience managing lifecycle or email marketing campaigns
  • Empathetic, customer-centric approach with a focus on customer experience
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives based on impact, results-driven mindset, and data analysis skills
  • Experience providing clear requirements across creative, data, and technical teams
  • Comfort with HTML/CSS and usage of customer engagement platforms like Iterable or Marketo
