Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the end-to-end patient lifecycle across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention
- Design, launch, and analyze multi-channel lifecycle programs to drive measurable improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and scalability of all lifecycle efforts
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing in a consumer-facing environment
- Proven track record of scaling multi-channel lifecycle programs with measurable results
- Deep familiarity with CRM platforms and dynamic personalization strategies
- Strong understanding of A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver customer-centric campaigns
