Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end patient lifecycle across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing in a consumer-facing environment
  • Proven track record of scaling multi-channel lifecycle programs with measurable results
  • Deep familiarity with CRM platforms and dynamic personalization strategies
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver customer-centric campaigns
