Key Responsibilities
- Map and manage the end-to-end buyer journey for paid users, focusing on feature adoption and retention

Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in Lifecycle, CRM, or Growth Marketing, particularly in a SaaS or subscription environment
- Advanced experience with marketing automation platforms and in-product messaging tools
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle mapping and automated flow execution
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns effectively
- Experience with data tools to analyze performance metrics and inform strategy
